Tryouts

2025 Spring Season Supplemental Tryouts:
Supplemental tryouts that take place after the fall season and are for teams that are looking to fill open roster spots or for players interested in joining the club. Players that make a team during these tryouts are asked to stay with the team for the spring season.

Supplemental Tryouts will be held on November 5th,  At Primetime Field house in Middletown

Ages and times
Birth Years 2015- 2017:  5:30pm - 6:30 pm
Birth Years 2012- 2014:  6:30pm - 7:30pm
Birth Years 2007- 2011:  8:30pm - 9:30pm

The tryouts are for anyone that is new to the club or any existing player.  Attending club tryouts is recommended, for all players .
if you are a new player to the club and cannot attend tryouts you can contact Steve Qvick DOC for Eclipse FC.  ([email protected])  tm to make additional arrangements.  If your child is placed on a team, they are committing to the Spring season

In order to tryout:   We will have registration forms to fill out at tryouts.

During tryouts: Coaches will be assessing many different things about each player. A player's skill level and knowledge will be assessed along with their attitude and ability to be coached. These assessments will take place during a predetermined set of drills and small sided games that will take place during the tryouts. Each player will be placed with their age group to be looked at by coaches or trainers that take care of teams in that specific age group.  At any time, a player is more than welcome to try out for a specific team, coach, or trainer.  If you would like to tryout for a specific team or coach, please make sure that you provide that information during the registration process.  Players will be notified about their tryout status within 48 hours after the last day of tryouts.
